The Boys & Girls Club of Weslaco welcomes individuals who want to join our cause through volunteering.
If impacting young lives is something you would like to do, then this is the place for you. We offer volunteer opportunities in the areas of tutoring, mentoring, coaching, special events, programming assistance, administrative support, and more.
Need to complete a minimum number of community service hours for graduation and/or course completion? We do offer volunteer opportunities for students who are interested in performing their service with Boys & Girls Clubs of Weslaco.
In order to become a volunteer you must:
This Education and Career Program assists Club members ages 13 to 18 in exploring a career in human services, particularly Boys & Girls Club environments. They prepare for future roles as future Club staff by participating in career development actives, discovering the importance of community a Club apprenticeship. This program develops the Club members' interpersonal skills, work ethic and sense of community responsibility.
If you are a Club member ages 13 to 18 and are interested in becoming a Junior Staff for the Summer program, contact an Office member or a member of the Management team.
